To update your information, go to your customer account.
If you change your address, the change will apply to all orders that are currently being processed and have not yet been edited. If your order is marked as EDITEE in your order tracking, the address change cannot be applied to that order.
If it is necessary to modify family name or email address linked to the customer account, you must send a request via the contact form by selecting the Other requests form then the subject Creation or access to your customer account, specifying the reason of your request.
Our customer service will contact you to inform you if your request is admissible and ask you for supporting documents corresponding to your case.
