How do I create an account?

When creating an account, you are required to provide a valid email address and choose a password. You are also asked to provide a valid postal address and, optionally, a phone number. We strongly recommend that you provide this number, preferably a mobile number where we can reach you to notify you in the event of cancellation or postponement of the event for which you have tickets.

Important: when creating your account, please ensure that your email address is entered correctly, otherwise you may not receive your confirmation and tickets.

If you already have a customer account, you can log in to our website by entering the email address and password you used when creating your account.
