As part of our commitment to raising awareness among spectators, in collaboration with live entertainment professionals, we remind you that purchasing tickets from unauthorized third parties carries significant risks:
- You may pay more than the actual value of the ticket.
- You have no guarantee that tickets are authentic.
- You run the risk of not being able to access the event if the same ticket has been resold multiple times.
In the latter case, even if the ticket is valid, only the first barcode scanned at the access control will allow entry to the event.
We would also like to draw your attention to certain fraudulent practices that involve misusing name, logo, links, or visual elements of official websites to inspire confidence, then encouraging direct purchases without any guarantee of authenticity or access to the event. These situations may result in financial loss or denial of access to the event
Only distributors or platforms mandated by the event producer guarantee the authenticity of the tickets and access to the show venue.
