The refund of your order is possible in the following cases:
- cancellation of the event without postponement date,
- rescheduling of the event and according to the conditions communicated by our services.
Reimbursement of tickets (excluding ancillary costs such as, for example, shipping, handling or Billetcollector ™ costs) is made under the following conditions.
Hard printed tickets (tickets you received by post or already collected in store)

If you have bought your order at one of the points of sale of our network, refund by post is not possible and is made at the point of purchase only.
CollectorTicket / Billetcollector
The event you have booked is canceled / postponed and you have CollectorTicket / Billetcollector in hands.

We recommend that you send them by registered mail and make a copy of your tickets.
In the event of cancellation or postponement for which the ticket would not be valid on the postponement date, and if you wish to keep your Billetcollector™, please return a photocopy of both sides of it to us along with your surname, first name, order number and contact details. If you choose to keep your Billetcollector™, you can also keep the lanyard and the packaging, and only the price of the ticket will be refunded. You will not receive a refund of the unit price of the Billetcollector™, and its associated costs.
Only the holder of the order will be reimbursed.
Choice of refund method
Refund will be processed by on credit card you have ordered with or by check.
Without your indication, the refund is made by default depending on the payment method used during the order.
IMPORTANT
Please check that postal address in your customer account is complete and correct - and update it if necessary.
Refund by check is sent to the postal address of your customer account.
Refund by credit card is made to the credit card used for payment of the order.
